The name says it all.
|1/4 lb.||Butter, lightly salted, 1 stick|
Let the Butter soften in a small bowl at room temperature. Do NOT microwave or melt it.
Peel and press Garlic into the bowl using a garlic press.
Use a fork to cream or whip the two together. Serve.
