My version of a Caesar Salad using the Mayfair dressing.
|1 head||Romaine Lettuce|
|9 slices||Bacon, 1/2 lb. raw|
|3/4 cup||Shredded Parmesan Cheese|
|3/4 cup||Mayfair Dressing|
Hard boil the Eggs and set aside to cool.
Rinse Romain Lettuce leaves and dry on paper towels.
Slice the Bacon into 1/2" wide pieces, fry slowly until crisp and drain on paper towels.
Break the lettuce into bite size pieces into a large bowl. Chop the hard boiled eggs. Just before serving, toss all ingredients and serve.
