Fettuccine Carbonara

A sausage and cream sauce served over fettuccine noodles.

Ingredients:

1 recipe Sausage Gravy
1/2 Onion, chopped
1 clove Garlic
1/4 lb. Pork Sausage
3/4 lb. Italian Sausage
1/4 lb. Mushrooms, fresh, sliced
12 ozs. Fettuccine
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Directions:

Prepare the Sausage Gravy and ADD the above amounts of Onion, Garlic, Pork Sausage, Italian Sausage and Mushrooms IN ADDITION TO the amounts called for in the sausage gravy recipe.

Prepare Fettuccine as directed, drain, and serve warm with the sausage gravy and Parmesan Cheese.
