Kahlua Cream Topping

An almost traditional whipped cream topping with a touch of Kahlua.

Ingredients:

1 cup Whipping Cream
1 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsps. Kahlua, divided usage

Directions:

Chill a bowl along with the mixer beaters, Whipping Cream, Powdered Sugar and Kahlua several hours before serving.

Just before serving, put the whipping cream in the chilled bowl along with the Powdered Sugar and one tablespoon of the Kahlua.  Beat until stiff peaks form.  Mound the whipped cream in the bowl so that it is higher in the center.  Drizzle the remaining Kahlua over the top and serve immediately.
