Garlic Bread

A warm bread with melted garlic butter and cheeses.

Ingredients:

1 lb. Italian Bread Loaf
1 recipe Garlic Butter
3/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Place the Italian Bread Loaf on top of enough aluminum foil to completely enclose the entire loaf.  Make eleven slices in the loaf slicing nearly but not all the way through the loaf.

Butter both sides of the slices with the Garlic Butter.  Stuff the slices with the Mozzarella Cheese.  Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese into the slices and over the top of the loaf.  Seal the seams of the aluminum foil to completely enclose the loaf.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes.  Serve warm.
