A smokey spicy cheese spread.
|8 ozs.||Cream Cheese, 1 brick|
|1||Red Bell Pepper|
|8||Green Onions, 1 bunch|
|8 ozs.||Smoked Gouda Cheese|
|3/4 tsp.||Salt, or to taste|
|3/4 tsp.||Smoked Paprika, or to taste|
|1/2 tsp.||Cayenne Pepper, or to taste|
Let the Cream Cheese soften to room temperature. Cut the Red Bell Pepper into large strips and cut the Green Onions into 2-3" pieces.
Shred the Smoked Gouda Cheese in a food processor. Remove the cheese and replace the shredding disc with the cutting blade. Return the cheese to the food processor, add the Cream Cheese and Mayonnaise and process. Drizzle the Cream into the food processor while it is processing the cheese. Process until smooth and well blended.
Add the Salt, Smoked Paprika and Cayenne Pepper and process to blend in to a uniform color. Add the red pepper and green onion to the processor. Pulse to desired size blended in.
Chill and serve with crackers of your choosing.
