A garlic lover's favorite with chips or raw vegetables.
|8 ozs.||Cream Cheese|
|2 cloves||Garlic, crushed (vary quantity by size and taste)|
|6 Tbsps.||Milk, (vary quantity by desired consistency)|
|1 dash||Onion Salt, (optional, to taste)|
Let Cream Cheese soften to room temperature or microwave for 20 seconds.
Crush the Garlic using a garlic press and add to the cream cheese. Add about half or more of the Milk (I start with 3 Tablespoons if serving immediately, otherwise 5 Tablespoons if chilling).
Using a fork, press the cream cheese and garlic into the milk to a uniform and nearly smooth consistency easily stirred. Optionally, add Onion Salt to taste. If necessary to achieve desired consistency for your use, add one Tablespoon of milk at a time, stirring each in well, keeping in mind that it will stiffen if chilled.
Serve with potato chips, raw vegetables or whatever you prefer, or cover and chill to serve later.
